As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on all the progress Proximity Learning has made in ensuring that students are connected with the expert educators they deserve. Throughout 2025, Proximity Learning made multiple advancements deserving of their own acknowledgement. The following articles and blogs recognize special accomplishments and progress that highlight Proximity’s efforts in breaking down the barriers to educational equity:

• A published peer-reviewed study by Chicago State University found that standardized test scores of eighth and ninth-grade students with access to a certified Proximity Learning teacher outperformed those of students in classrooms that lacked the same access.
• Proximity Learning launched an interactive 3D demonstration of their hybrid classroom.
• The Gary Community School Corporation partnered with Proximity Learning in an effort to staff classrooms with certified teachers.
• Memphis-Shelby County Schools continued its partnership with Proximity Learning to keep tackling teacher vacancies.
