Manager of Implementation
Angie Reyes is the Manager of Implementation for Proximity Learning Inc. Her duties include managing and leading curriculum development projects as well as overseeing day-to-day teacher activities and setting up and scheduling courses. Angie brings over 5 years of teaching experience including three years of teaching Spanish to hundreds of students in 10 different states through Proximity Learning and serving as Lead Teacher and World Language Department Chair. Angie received her BA in Bilingual Education EC-6th from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, as well as her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with Emphasis in Digital Literacy and three external certificates as, Digital Literacy Leader, Master Reading Teacher and TXVSN Digital Literacy Leader. She is currently working to obtain her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Education Technology.
During her free time, Angie teaches volunteered English lesson to students in an orphanage in Mexico and serves as a Missionary, teaching young kids how to read and write. Her hobbies include reading a good book and running, as well as spending time with her family.
